What are survey items?

A survey consists of single survey items. A survey item can be a question or a text item. During the survey process all its items are displayed in the order they were added in the design workbench.

Can I change the order of survey items?

You can change the order of items in the design workbench. In the survey view click on the Items tab. Use arrow buttons to move an item up or down.

What is a question?

A survey question used to get needed information from the people who complete the survey. See the question details for detailed information about questions.

What is a text item?

A text item is formatted text information that is displayed to the user. For example, you would probably end your survey with Thank you for taking part in the survey! text message.
